Camp Wise is continuing registration with CampMinder, an interactive online platform for all your registration needs! Every family will have a log-in account where you can register, keep track of weeks, order lunches, update medical information and more! See below for the five easy steps to setting up and using your own CampMinder account!
Campers begin in Kindergarten and stay through 8th grade. Rising 9th and 10th graders may apply for the Junior Counselor-In-Training and Counselor-in-Training programs in the staff module, and all prospective staff can apply for a position at Camp Wise!
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are having issues with your application, check that you do not have “pop-ups” blocked on your browser.
You will have a limited time to complete your application before your spot is lost. Your timer will appear on your application throughout your registration process.
Issues with your camper grade? Note the first page requests their current grade (2023-2024), and later on in the application requests their incoming grade (2024-2025). It is imperative that you register your child for the accurate grade as your child may lose their spot and be moved to the waitlist if the accurate grade selection is full!
Make sure to verify your application is complete! You will receive a confirmation email once your child’s registration is complete. If you have not received a confirmation, please review your application.
Returning Families: Unable to log in to your account? Request a password reset! Links will expire after 72 hours.

HOW TO REGISTER THROUGH CAMPMINDER
1. Check the registration dates and deadlines before beginning your application. Applications open for temple members February 1 at 6pm before opening for the public on February 15 at 9am. First round of applications will close 2/13-2/14 in preparation of the second round. Non-members who attempt to register before 2/15 will have their spots revoked immediately.
2. Click on the links below/above to access your account. It will ask for your e-mail address and password. If you are a returning camper, your e-mail address might already be in the system. Just enter your e-mail and click to reset password.
3. Create a password and write it down for future use! If you forget your password, you can always contact us or reset it online.
4. Click on "camper application" to fill out a new application for Summer 2024.
5. Add your camper - each camper will have their own profile where you can add their photo, sign up for sessions, and update medical info.
6. Pay online with your credit card and keep it on file with our secure server. If spaces are full, join the waitlist and be notified as spots open. Priority given to SWT/LBT members and returning campers.
7. Check back soon to register for Hot Lunch, order swag, and other fun extras for your summer at Camp Wise LA!
UPDATE HEALTH FORMS and additional info BY JUNE 1
Log into your online CampMinder account here to update all required forms by June 1! From the main home page, click “Forms and Documents'' to upload your most current health insurance information, camper photo, add hot lunch orders (opening soon), and Early and Afternoon Extended Care.

Kindergarten-8th Grade Registration
Camp Wise for rising Kindergarteners - 8th graders runs from June 17-August 2, 2024. Camp Wise is closed June 19th, July 4th, & July 5th for the holidays. As you peruse the exciting plans for the summer for your Kindergartener-8th grader, you can choose which sessions and schedule best suits your family.
