Early registration is reserved for members of Stephen Wise Temple, Leo Baeck Temple, and Kol Tikvah. Non-member registrations submitted during this window will be canceled.
Session 3 (1 week) is available during early registration only as an add-on to Sessions 1 and/or 2. Stand-alone enrollment will open in April (space permitting). See our Dates, Rates, Cancellation Policy page for details.
Waitlist sign-up does not charge your card. Payment is only required to secure an available spot.

Registration is completed through CampMinder. Each family has a login to register, manage sessions, update medical forms, and more. See below for instructions.
Camp is open to rising K–8th graders. Rising 9th–11th graders may apply for JCIT/CIT programs via Google Forms. All other staff applicants must apply through the CampMinder staff module.
Priority Registration Guidelines
Camp Wise LA always fills quickly, and we know how stressful registration night can be - especially for families enrolling multiple children. This year, we are making a small but important change to make the process fairer and easier for everyone.
What’s new this year:
When registration opens, all campers will initially appear as “pending.” This is intentional.
After registration opens, our team will manually review and accept enrollments that evening and into the next day, by family, so siblings are enrolled together whenever possible. This change helps prevent situations where one child is enrolled while another is immediately waitlisted simply because families can’t register multiple children at the exact same moment, and to ensure that spots are only confirmed for temple members during our priority registration process.
What this means for you:
Please register your child(ren) as you normally would when registration opens
Seeing a “pending” status at first is expected - no need to worry.
You will receive confirmation once enrollments are finalized or if instead, you’ve been placed on a waitlist, within 2 to 3 business days.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are having issues with your application, check that you do not have “pop-ups” blocked on your browser.
You will have a limited time to complete your application before your spot is lost. Your timer will appear on your application throughout your registration process.
Issues with your camper grade? Note the first page requests their current grade (2025-2026), and later on in the application requests their incoming grade (2026-2027). It is imperative that you register your child for the accurate grade as your child may lose their spot and be moved to the waitlist if the accurate grade selection is full!
Make sure to verify your application is complete! You will receive a confirmation email once your child’s registration is complete. If you have not received a confirmation, please review your application.

HOW TO REGISTER THROUGH CAMPMINDER
1. Check the registration dates and deadlines before beginning your application. Applications open for temple members February 25 @ 6 p.m. before opening for the public shortly after. Registration closes the evening before non-member registration before reopening to the public.
2. Click on the links below/above to access your account. It will ask for your e-mail address and password. If you are a returning camper, your e-mail address might already be in the system. Just enter your e-mail and click to reset password.
3. Create a password and write it down for future use! If you forget your password, you can request a reset .
4. Click on "Camper Application" to fill out a new application for Summer 2026.
5. Add your camper - each child will have their own profile where you can add their photo, sign up for sessions, and update medical info.
6. Pay online with your credit card and keep it on file with our secure server. If spaces are full, join the waitlist and be notified as spots open. Priority given to SWT/LBT/KT members and returning campers.
7. Check back soon to register for Hot Lunch, order swag, and other fun extras for your summer at Camp Wise LA!
UPDATE HEALTH FORMS and additional info BY JUNE 1
Log into your online CampMinder account here to update all required forms by June 1! From the main home page, click “Forms and Documents'' to upload your most current health insurance information, camper photo, add hot lunch orders (opening soon), and Early and Afternoon Extended Care.

On your application, be sure to select the appropriate temple in your application. Your discount is pre-applied to your application during priority registration.
Applications open february 25
Whether you’re a high schooler looking to build leadership skills and earn community service hours, a college student seeking meaningful summer work, or are a young adult with a special skill to share, Camp Wise offers a variety of opportunities to grow, lead, and make an impact.

Kindergarten-8th Grade Registration
Camp Wise for rising Kindergarteners - 8th graders runs from June 22-August 7, 2026. Camp Wise is closed July 3rd. As you peruse the exciting plans for the summer for your K-8 grader, you can choose which sessions and schedule best suits your family.
