Camp Fees for K-9 Grade - Summer 2026

Session 1: June 22 - July 10 (closed 7/3)

Session 2: July 13 - July 31

Session 3: August 3 - August 7

Camp Wise Cancellation Policy

The camp requires registration and full payment for entire sessions. Full payment of camp fees is due upon registration, which includes a $100 non-refundable registration fee per child. This will be added in your camper application after sessions are selected.

Non-transferability of Camp Fees: Camp fees are not transferable. In the event of switching sessions after April 1 (space permitting), a $100 fee per change will apply, along with any additional costs necessary. Adding or switching sessions is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Missed Days/Weeks: There are no discounts, credits, or pro-rates for any missed days or weeks of camp.

Cancellation Deadlines: The cancellation deadlines for summer are as follows:

  • Before April 1: A 90% refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be issued with written notice.

  • April 1 to April 15: A 50% refund (minus the non-refundable deposit will be issued with written notice.

  • After April 15: No refunds will be issued.

Important Notes:

  • All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to campwise@wisela.org by the aforementioned deadlines. Changes made over the phone will not be accepted.

  • Parents agree to this cancellation policy upon completing the camp registration form.

  • Confirmation of Receipt: The camp will confirm receipt of all cancellation and change requests to ensure clarity.

  • Payment and Non-payment: If payment is not received by the due date, registration may be forfeited, and your spot(s) may be offered to others on the waitlist.

Waitlist Consideration: Due to the high demand and large number of families on our waitlist, we ask that all families notify us of cancellations as soon as possible. Cancellation deadlines will be strictly enforced.

  • Early Bird: Early Bird Discount available to Stephen Wise Temple & Leo Baeck Temple members through March 1.

  • Member Discount: Stephen Wise Temple & Leo Baeck Temple members receive a reduced camper rate. See below for details.

  • Full Summer Discount: Families who register their child for all 3 sessions receive a $150 discount

  • Financial Aid: Financial Aid form due by March 1 for consideration. See below for more information.

Rate for summer camp is per-session. Members of Stephen Wise Temple/Leo Baeck Temple receive a member discount. (Member discount is applied during registration; non-member rate will be applied after registration is complete and spot is confirmed).

Weekly Registration Inquiries
Families interested in registering for a specific week during Sessions 1 or 2 can email us in June to inquire about individual-week registration availability. Weekly registration is based on interest and space permitting—please note that openings are very limited and not guaranteed. An additional fee applies for per-week registrations.

Kindergarten-2nd Grade | Members $825/week | Non-Members $900/week

JCIT (Grade 9) 2025 Rates

Rate for summer camp is per-session. Camp Wise does not pro-rate for missed days or weeks for any reason. JCITs must go through the interview process and be accepted into the program, and a special registration link will be sent thereafter.

Session 1: $1050 Member | $1,400 Non-Member

Session 2: $1,200 Member | $1,500 Non-Member

Session 3: $400 Member | $500 Non-Member

JCIT rates cover cost of pre-camp and ongoing leadership training, supervisors, program supplies, and weekly field trips. JCITs may volunteer a maximum of 4 weeks in one summer. JCITs are eligible to join different field trips at camp, depending on performance.


Extended Care Rates

Fees below are charged per session. This service must be arranged and purchased in advance. In case of drop-ins, you must notify the office in writing to register. Afternoon extended takes place in the Legos, Beads, and Board Games room. We do not offer morning extended care. Students who have not been picked up by 3:40 will be sent to extended care and charged the drop-in fee. Students remaining after the end of extended care will be charged an additional late pick-up fee.

Afternoon extended care runs Mondays-Thursdays from 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM. and Fridays from 3:15 PM - 4:00 PM.

Weekly fee: $60/week | Daily/Drop-in fee: $18/day


Financial Aid (K-8th Grade)

Financial Aid is only available for Stephen Wise Temple and Leo Baeck Temple members entering K-8th grade and is given based on need and availability of funds. Financial Aid applications are a part of the camp registration form and must be submitted by the deadline of March 1. Applications for aid will not be approved without the completion of the camp registration form. Once aid is distributed, the full remaining balance for camp fees are due for all financial aid applicants by April 15. Payment plans are available for all financial aid families. Maximum aid is up to $50/week per child.
