Camp Fees for K-9 Grade - Summer 2024

Full registration fees due at time of registration. Registration is per session. Must register for full session, no drop-ins. Early-bird price applies for sessions registered prior to the March 1 deadline. Any sessions added after the deadline will be charged at the regular price. Full refund deadline for cancellations is April 15. See below for more information.

Groups close as they fill up. Registration without payment does not guarantee a spot. If you attempt to register for a session that is full, you will be placed automatically on a wait list. You will not be charged if put on a waitlist.

JCIT (Grade 9) 2024 Rates

Rate for summer camp is per-session. Camp Wise does not pro-rate for missed days or weeks for any reason. JCITs must go through the interview process and be accepted into the program, and a special registration link will be sent thereafter.

JCIT rates cover cost of training, additional supervisors, program supplies, and weekly field trips. JCITs may volunteer a maximum of 4 weeks in one summer. JCITs are able to join different field trips at camp, depending on performance.


K-8 Extended Care Rates

Fees below are charged per session. This service must be arranged and purchased in advance. In case of drop-ins, you must notify the office in writing to register. Extended care is outdoors and socially distant. Individual games and crafts, as well as “afternoon movie screenings,” will be offered. Students are encouraged to bring their own books to read during the program

Early morning extended drop off begins as early as 8:20 AM.

Campers not registered that arrive any time before 8:45 a.m. will be charged the daily drop-in fee.

Weekly fee: $25/week | Daily/Drop-in fee: $5/day

Afternoon extended care runs Mondays-Thursdays from 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM. and Fridays from 3:15 PM - 4:00 PM.

Weekly fee: $55/week | Daily/Drop-in fee: $15/day


CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO CAMPWISE@WISELA.ORG BY APRIL 15 FOR FULL REFUND

  • The camp requires registration and payment for full sessions.

  • Full payment of camp fees is due upon registration.

  • Camp Fees are not transferable. In the event of switching sessions after May 1 (space permitting), you will be charged $100 per change, as well as any additional costs necessary.

  • Adding or switching sessions depends on availability and is not guaranteed.

  • There are no discounts, credits, nor pro-rates for any missed days/weeks of camp.

The cancellation deadlines for summer are as follows:

  • To receive a full refund, submit written notice prior to April 15.

  • After April 15, up until May 1, a 90% refund will be issued with written notice

  • After May 1, up until May 15, a 50% refund will be issued with written notice.

  • After May 15 there are no refunds.

  • Please note: Parents agree to this cancellation policy when the camp registration form is completed.

  • All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to campwise@wisela.org by the aforementioned deadlines. Changes may not be received over the phone.

Due to the large number of families on our waitlist, we ask all families to notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible. Cancellation deadlines will be strictly enforced.


FINANCIAL AID: K-8th grade

Financial Aid is only available for Stephen Wise Temple and Leo Baeck Temple members entering K-8th grade and is given based on need and availability of funds. Only campers in Kindergarten through Grade 8 are eligible for aid. Financial Aid applications are a part of the camp registration form and must be submitted by the deadline of March 1st. Applications for aid will not be approved without the completion of the camp registration form. Once aid is distributed, the full remaining balance for camp fees are due for all financial aid applicants by June 1st. Payment plans are available for all financial aid families. Maximum aid is up to $50/week per child.
